      Pros

      Good compensation, recognizable brand name.

      Cons

      The people. The environment in my team is downright hostile. The company fosters a competitive work environment, where you do better if those around you do worsts. There is no empathy, no personal connection between colleagues. The deadlines are imposed instead of negotiated.

      Horrible culture. no one helps anyone Toxic management. they don't listen and expect you to work during covid and sickness Unrealistic expectations and expect to work on weekends and while sleeping too

We work hard - and fast - to achieve our goals and most of us find that exciting, energising and a lot of fun. It can be challenging but we don't want the pace we work at to pull anyone down and we remind people to make sure they balance work with the rest of life.
