Culture is terrible, salary is good but hours are insande (at the end salary/hour is lower than average). Would recommend youu stay away

I joined as an SMB agent and was later transitioned to a MidCap role mid-way through my time in the position. Unfortunately, during my probation review, nothing outside of my KPIs was considered, even though the deals we were working on often required over three months to close. Just two months into the role, I had to completely abandon my pipeline with little to no support or guidance from management. The work environment felt isolating, and management provided minimal assistance or encouragement. Everything at Revolut revolves solely around hitting KPIs, with no regard for external challenges or efforts. The commission structure is the worst I’ve seen in any sales role, and while the company constantly highlights its growth and achievements, employees are never rewarded—only burdened with unrealistic targets. The culture here is extremely toxic, and it’s no surprise that so many people don’t stay long. I would strongly advise against considering this company for a long-term career.
