Pros

Remote work Amazing peers Nothing else

Cons

Whoever is considering working in Revolut support, please, check the reviews with low rating. We all thought those are from haters, people who are not made for work, you know, we all thought we are smarter than them. In reality you will end up either mentally ill, or fired. You will handle up to 7 chats at a time, KPIs will decrease every quarter, no bonuses since last quarter, you will be given extra work with no training but with the existent impossible KPIs. You are treated as rubbish, you have no chance to suggest anything, you of course can’t complain, Salary: for India - them guys are hell scared to lose the job, as the salary is decent, like twice the average. For this reason Indian employees keep quiet even when treated badly. For Europe - salary without bonuses is peanuts, you will spend on your recovery after working here more. Revolut is modern slavery, cruel, anti human and not even customer oriented ( imagine taking to 4-7 ppl at the same time, do you think customers will be happy to hear from you once in up to 10 min? There is a chance you got your new vertical just today with let’s say a few hours of reading a playbook) Your health, mental health in particular is more important, please, please stay away Career growth - non existent Progression - you will have to try really hard with the KPIs

Pros

- gross salary is credited on time - notice period - remote work

Cons

- extremely toxic culture - performance reviews happen every quarter, which is senseless because bonuses are given annually - large majority of people do not get the full variable pay because to save costs they give poor ratings to most employees so they don't have to give bonus - hire and fire culture - can be fired anytime - no empathy, higher management is like robot, no care for employees - there are no welcomes and no farewells, you are a robot, action on your KPI from day one, if any one KPI is not met, you may be fired - extremely toxic place - no annual hikes if you are not promoted

Pros

the perks don't make up for the toxicity

Cons

where should I start...toxic management practices and a culture of people treated like they are a commodity rather than actual human capital
