Pros
Flexible working. Work anywhere for three months. Employee share options. Great products and you have access to free Metal plan which has the best value for money.
Cons
Everything needs to be approved by group and time zone difference takes a toll. You're expected to work more than 10 hours a day so there is no work life balance despite flexible working. Local management is not empowered. Group centric approach means local initiatives are way down in the priority list. Systems are all over the place. Group changes servers every other quarter and you never know where to find data that you need. Over emphasis on KPIs so people will prioritise their own KPI achievement which might not be to overall organisational benefit. This also means that if your KPI is dependent on receiving data/information from someone but it's not part of their KPI then you're out of luck. The organisation is so siloed that it's hard to get a big picture view. Not sure if the salary is commensurate to the hours I've worked and working 100% of the hours on your employment contract is not guaranteed to get you the employee share options bonus. I was working 50 hours a week when I started and by the time I left, I was working 70 hours a week.
