No pros, only constant cons.

Cons

Work-life balance non existant. Awful shifts scheduling Complete lack of communication trough out the company Awfully high kpi’s Bonuses are being delayed to be paid out for at least a month. Company is not investing in their current employees and outsources people to replace current employees. VERY LOW SALARY.

Thank you for your comment. We recognise that the speed at which we operate can be challenging but we also think a lot about how we can support our people. We introduced hybrid working so you can work from home or the office as it suits you in response to employee choice and we introduced two extra well being days leave this year recognising the work people have put in over the past year. Our HR and culture engagement team will keep looking at ways to support employees.
