Hello! Thank you for contributing a review. Revolut prides itself on being a place where brilliant people come to learn and grow, so we're glad you've highlighted the steep learning curve as a plus-point. Our business is on a hyper-growth trajectory, and that does demand a lot of our people. We would've hoped to have you stay the course as we reinvent how the world does money together. Nevertheless, we're rooting for you. All the best in your next role!

Hi there! Thank you for writing us a review, and for recognising the work we put into compensation and benefits packages for our A-players. We'd recommend syncing with your line manager weekly if you need help prioritising tasks, as well as to discuss your career path. And of course, we appreciate you working so hard to fight financial crime on a daily basis!

Pros

Any individual looking to work at Revolut can expect a decent base pay and, with some extra ambition and hard work, access to a variety of growth/relocation/travel opportunities Most of the team on site are kind, well-meaning people, and the company is, as the CEO likes to put it, a meritocracy, meaning that anyone can and will be promoted if they show hard work and the necessary skill- and mindset. You can be 100% self-taught and get to the top with no formal education at all.

Cons

- many incompetent managers scattered all overon all company levels with no change in sight; it's an internal systemic issue, comes from promoting very apt and/or hardworking specialists to managerial roles regardless of how well they work with people etc. - shocking lack of internal QA; - management does not react to feedback; - extremely poor internal communication;
