There are many things to be considered if you want to join this company.
1. Full work pressure - Chats will keep on cominng as you have to answer 4-7 chats at a time with a maximum time interval of 10 minutes for every new message.
2. No Mentor support - Mentor will be alloted to you for only 1 month and you will be taking only less than 40 chats and after you start you start probation, no mentor support wil be there and there will be no one to answer your queries.
3.Poor management - No support from the management. If you get a markdoen, they simply compies the QA comments to you asks for explanation for the cause of mistake and they don't train you not to repeat this mistake again.
4.shift timings - As the shift timings are flexible, they will ask you to start your shift at 1 AM, 2 AM, and 3 AM as well. Shifts will be changed within week. One day you start at 4.30PM and next day your shift will be at 1 AM and the nex day will be at 8PM. no weekend is fixed and no shidt timings are fixed for atleast month.
5.No team bonding - As you are hired for work, you have to work for 8 hours no matter what and there will be no team meetings, fun session and there will be no work life balance. Management will feel like you have to work like a machine for their company as they are paying you.
6.Imaginary KPI targets- You have to maintain the quality score of 99.90 and if you get a single markdown, your score will fall to 99 and less.
If you get a markdown, your TL will simply ask you "why did you do this"
rather than what can be done to overcome this QA error.
It is better not to speak abount CPH and efficiency. They simply fire you after your probation stating that you didn't reach the target with out providing any support to the employees.
---- I saw the same type of reviews for revolut from glass door and i thought that i can overcome all issues and can work hard. After i joined this company and worked for 4 months, i really felt regret for joining this company.
-----My advice is not to choose this company and you better go for other opportunities if you have any.
