Higher management does not listen to your feedback at all, and HR can say "IT IS WHAT IT IS...." Like it is nothing at all. I was in probation and it was extended by Revolut but in the middle of the probation the goals were changed and I was forced to manage the new goals which was Impossible. The quality score should be less than 0.22(understandable)....but if you get a minor markdown on a chat it is 1. How can I do that, I'm a human I make mistakes but you can see your things too, but they don't see anything.
