very whimsical management, keep on changing the process very frequently which is not beneficial even for management at all, but still they do this so that employees can't work smoothly and they get an opportunity to fire them. Very arbitrary and very lunatic management

Unfair KPI Standards: Inconsistent and unfair application of KPIs.Unjust Termination: Let go despite meeting higher KPIs than others.Poor Buddy Training: Lacked proper guidance and structure.Minimal Line Manager Support: Insufficient help from management.Overall: While the pay and training were good, the inconsistency in KPIs, unfair termination, and lack of support left me regretting my decision to join Revolut.
