Pros

This is a great place for recent grads and folks transitioning to a professional career. Not a lot of companies today are as good at recognizing transferable skills as they are at Revolution Technologies.

Cons

The starting pay and the flex time/PTO are less than you may find at other companies in town, but, as a Recruiter you have the opportunity to increase your base salary and commission as you build up momentum with your assigned clients and sales manager(s).

Pros

The training team has significantly changed the way the Melbourne Office operates. Training gives new recruiters all the tools necessary to be successful. After moving off the training team the managers continue to encourage and guide recruiters to help them improve. There is a lot of potential for making money. My current manager has been very helpful in instructing, supporting, and cheering me on to do the best I can with her accounts. Her accounts range from pharmaceuticals to banking and she is able to provide great insight on what it is these companies and hiring managers are looking for.

Cons

Not a con, just a note. Training will give you everything you need to be successful, you just have to use it. If you aren't motivated or willing to adapt and learn you won't be able to move up.

Friendly environment, easy. They have free food for the office every now and then and the office building is nice.

Cons

Not interesting at all. No opportunities for professional development. Very low pay.
