The initial promises are good. Decent work life balance.

Cons

Your job description and they way you get paid changes as often as the weather. If you are making more money then your boss you may get let and they will find any excuse to not pay you or reduce commissions. NO real HR, and and if something happens they try to cover it up.

Gain some work experience right out of college with or without a degree. Find out what you like and don't like while collecting a small paycheck.

Cons

Too many cons to list them all: pay is low, many client accounts are poor performers with very low margin jobs.

Pros

What I like best about the company is that they give young people a chance right out of school. Most companies do not give you a shot. Revolution trains you and helps you start your career. Great environment, great co-workers. The company encourages us to get to know our fellow co-workers through company group outings, and offers on going training for us to attend if we want to during lunches and weekends. Also the company is involved in many charities and helps children and woman through out the community. Which being a person with a disability myself is huge.

Cons

I think everyone would want to make more money, but they do provide you the opportunity to do so if you are willing to put in the time. So no real cons.
