      Nice, new work environment Company group outings quarterly Company gives back to many organizations in the community Newly implemented policies and procedures have improved day to day operations Young staff that are friendly and eager to improve

      Pros

      Fun and down to earth co-workers. Management will leave you alone if you get your 10 submits a week. Good if you are a fresh college graduate that doesn't know any better and needs experience on the resume. Nice building and grounds. Plenty of parking. No clock-watching managers.

      Cons

      Low pay. Boring and repetitive. Cubicle environment. No applicable training. Glorified call-center. This is not sales; this is being handed a computer and doing online searches all day on Indeed and Career Builder. I was hired under the impression that this was a sales job (not so much). Terrible Health Insurance and no 401k match.

      Pros

      -New office -Easy to get a job fresh out of college (no experience needed) -Clean area -They give to certain charities

      Cons

      -Glorified call center...given list of people to COLD CALL and try to schedule interviews -Management is very degrading...makes fun of people for eating/dressing/etc -Low pay and a residual style commission, making it hard to actually earn what they say you will earn -No 401(K) matching -HIGH turnover
