Pros

Extremely supportive management teams who want you to succeed and willingly help you along the way. The team environment exceeds expectations both with team members in your own office and team members in the other offices. The focus on community involvement is also unparalleled. I've never been with an organization who values giving back to the community so much!

Cons

Not really a con but it's an extremely fast-paced environment. If you like to stay busy, this is for you!

Good jump start for recruiting experience.

I was a long-time employee. I most of all enjoyed the people I worked with on the floor and within the company. Rev Tech gives you the opportunity to gain recruiting experience learning the in's and out's if you are entry level into recruiting. I would recommend to a friend wanting to get into recruiting.

Cons

Although I was there for a while and Rev Tech taught me the ropes of recruiting, I didn't feel rewarded for my time and hard work put in - lacking in benefits, PTO and salary structure / salary growth and progression. As a recruiter, I know you need to be in good communication, even if that means sometimes after hours, but it got to be a lot of stress on watching my personal cell phone constantly, even through weekends at times. I saw myself spinning wheels staying with Rev Tech after so long and there was a constant discouragement lingering.

Senior level management and ownership rewards hard work and the desire to constantly learn and get better with more financial reward, responsibility, autonomy, and the ability to share what you learn "in the trenches" and mentor junior recruiters. If you are seeking a type of "entrepreneurial" style environment to recruit with a really good commission plan, and want to help good people find good work, this is a company definitely worth considering.

Cons

For those that thrive more with a high level of structure and rigidity, and enjoy more micromanagement, with a very "cookie-cutter" type of training where you are almost reading from scripts and not actually thinking, taking risks, being uncomfortable to get better, than this might not be the ideal workplace for you.
