Pros

So far its been a great experience working here. The culture is top and I love coming to work everyday. My co-workers are like family. The management is supportive of growth and understanding as issues arise.

Cons

The benefits weren't great but it seems they are making it much more affordable for employees in recent months which has been appreciated.

I work with a bunch of amazing individuals. Everyone has something special to bring to the table. From HQ to our Satellite office. We work great solo, but when someone needs something we are all helping each other. You get true work life balance. You come in, do your work, and as soon as your day ends. It ends. (Unless you are someone who wants to work extra hours on other jobs.) But that's the beauty of this job, you have that choice.

Cons

The pay is a bit lower than most staffing firms. But it is made up for in commission if you hit your metrics.

I was a long-time employee. I most of all enjoyed the people I worked with on the floor and within the company. Rev Tech gives you the opportunity to gain recruiting experience learning the in's and out's if you are entry level into recruiting. I would recommend to a friend wanting to get into recruiting.

Cons

Although I was there for a while and Rev Tech taught me the ropes of recruiting, I didn't feel rewarded for my time and hard work put in - lacking in benefits, PTO and salary structure / salary growth and progression. As a recruiter, I know you need to be in good communication, even if that means sometimes after hours, but it got to be a lot of stress on watching my personal cell phone constantly, even through weekends at times. I saw myself spinning wheels staying with Rev Tech after so long and there was a constant discouragement lingering.
