Great team, friendly atmosphere, nice working environment, growth opportunities. Management goes above and beyond to incorporate a fun and rewarding culture with community events, parties and team building functions.

Cons

Fast-paced and multitasking abilities are a must. Sometimes it is hard to step away after hours but that is something that comes with the industry and what is expected to be successful.

Pros

I am grateful that I was given the opportunity to work at Revolution as it has changed my life in many ways. The experience and knowledge that I have gained has been tremendous and I continue to learn each and every day. This was my first "professional" job and I have enjoyed gaining knowledge of the industry and the ins-and-outs of recruiting. The team is encouraging , supportive and helps you to be successful, and the managers are welcoming with an open-door policy.

Cons

This is not really a con, but in recruiting, if you want to be successful, you sometimes have to be available after hours to respond to candidates... you control your own success by how much work you put in. You have to work hard and be willing to go the extra mile!

Pros

There is lots of room for growth with an attractive commission program, awesome culture, fun and professional, fast paced and challenging and alongside a great group of people. Definitely one of the best firms that I have worked at and developed strong networking connections with employees and candidates.

Cons

Since the work is fast paced, it can be perceived as stressful and not a good fit for everyone.
