The initial promises are good. Decent work life balance.

Cons

Your job description and they way you get paid changes as often as the weather. If you are making more money then your boss you may get let and they will find any excuse to not pay you or reduce commissions. NO real HR, and and if something happens they try to cover it up.

They hire out of college, they will teach you how to work for your money, the will work with you for the most part, and they set reasonable expectations.

Cons

Wouldn't mind seeing more flexible work hours, especially for roles on the west coast.
