      Pros

      Not one I can think of. The place is so awful that they had to move all 20 employees that are left to the first floor.

      Cons

      The place is a joke. The executive management team just seems to be trying new things that don't work because they don't understand the first thing about motivation. If decide to work there, then you will be the laughing stock of the HR community in Melbourne.

      They are good at stretching the truth.

      Cons

      Review of revtek:Cons Include, but not limited to: Company Culture, Pay Structure, Executive Management, Leadership Team, Company Values, Company Environment, Extreme Turnover, No training. With the current management team, attitude and "resources" provided, it is impossible to thrive. Over the last 4 months, 25+ people have left the company. If you want to work at a company that constantly reminds you that you are expendable and that you should be grateful to work in an environment that is more like a reality show than a professional business environment, then this is the place for you. Please do your research and be aware of the warning signs.

      Pros

      Best employees, excellent commission structure. Very transparent when it comes to commissions. I have worked in other staffing agencies and they wouldn't share any information about commissions. Revolution Technologies show you exactly what your commission will be once you hire someone. The company is involved in charity events and encourage employees to participate and give back to the community. Fun environment with ping pong table and other games. Christmas parties are great and offer awesome prices (cash, iPads, Flat Screen TVs, etc). Ted Parker is a great man, gives back to the community and genuinely cares about his employers.
