Pros

What I like best about the company is that they give young people a chance right out of school. Most companies do not give you a shot. Revolution trains you and helps you start your career. Great environment, great co-workers. The company encourages us to get to know our fellow co-workers through company group outings, and offers on going training for us to attend if we want to during lunches and weekends. Also the company is involved in many charities and helps children and woman through out the community. Which being a person with a disability myself is huge.

Cons

I think everyone would want to make more money, but they do provide you the opportunity to do so if you are willing to put in the time. So no real cons.

Pros

The company is a fast growing company with a lot of opportunity for growth. You can move in to management or stay on a strong recruitment path with multiple levels of advancement. My personal favorite aspect of the company is everything is based on performance, you hit your numbers and your salary and commissions go up automatically. NO drama or games. Management looks at everyone equally and based on their performance. How I believe you should be judged. Very diverse office, and a fun group to work with.

Cons

No real cons, and when you feel there is room for improvement management is willing to listen.

- Slightly better pay then working in a retail/fast food/ restaurant environment fresh out of college. - Learn new skills that can help your own career; resume editing, understanding job descriptions and learning to communite with people from different careers and levels.

Cons

- Management is not hands on, gives you a mentor who is busy with their own work. - Metrics required for every week, some days you won't make your numbers, so staying late in order to catch up, can't leave work at work.
