Gives recent collage grads a great opportunity to start professional career. Decent starting salary for someone with no experience. Options to work a lot of varying accounts.

Cons

No chance for upward movement, stepping stone position. CEO and upper management very un inspiring and a lot of dead end accounts with no movement and bad account management. Favoritism and cliche popularity contest at times. Un tasteful and sometimes inappropriate comments made by CEO. No training, given phone and computer and told to start calling.
