Pros
Generally left to work by yourself without someone watching over you constantly. If you've already recruited there is a potential to make a lot of money. Great place to get professional experience when getting out of college or if you already have recruiting experience.
Cons
There are several people who come in as "Technical Recruiters" without any prior experience. They are then given a computer and phone and left to get to work. Several of the account managers are unable to manage because they were never actually trained.. Very few people actually see this as a long term career, most people would leave immediately if given the chance. Highly unprofessional work environment.
