Pros

Was contacted by this company in May 2013 for possible job with Raytheon. Through some effort by the recruiter and my good interview with Raytheon, I was given a contract with Raytheon starting August 2013. The person from Rev Tech that was assigned to me was very helpful, until they were promoted.

Cons

Once my contract ended with Raytheon, Rev Tech didn't do enough to help me out. This isn't too much of a negative, but as mutual beneficiaries I expected a little more effort on their part. My person of contact was promoted and the replacement never responded to my emails.

No salary cap. You earn as much as what effort you put forth. Company is growing substantially and obtaining new clients.

Cons

Not enough time in the day to make more money at this company. They need more incentive trips to the Keys.

They are a good company with good people. I feel they are fair in their fair in negotiating pay.

Cons

The only con is no holiday pay. I know it is not a big deal but when your co-workers that are also contract employees and you need the money it is kind of a downer.
