The atmosphere here is a healthy mix of casual yet professional. Ample resources are provided to enable employees to do their best. The upper management have an open-door policy where concerns and issues are resolved after hearing both sides of an issue. A very successful company and team of employees to work with.

Cons

A regular system to enable 2 way feedback needs to be instated so employees feel like they contribute significantly to the company's culture and growth. There is a significant amount of turnover that needs to be addressed via Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment initiatives.
