Nice office space and cupcakes.

Cons

No room for professional growth, with a lot of empty promises. Executives and Account Managers getting drunk at the office. Company CEO, who is married, has sexual relationships with the Account Managers and other women from the office. Cannot trust anyone in the company. A lot of the people are sweet to your face, but will be the first to talk smack behind your back.
