PAY YOUR PEOPLE. Offer better health benefits. Push Account Managers to be more than glorified babysitters. CEO needs to step away from the company as he is the biggest liability. Constantly makes inappropriate comments to his staff, spreads gossip around the office. They will make you sign a non-compete that won't allow you to work for any of the bigger names in the area - and he will fight you tooth and nail if you do gain employment elsewhere as a Recruiter.

My contract was terminated early by the employer. Revolution Technologies was unaware that I was no longer working until I told them. My health insurance benefits were terminated immediately when my contract was canceled. Revolution Technologies basically turned their back on me!!! My health insurance was canceled yet Revolution Technologies claims that they will be taking the health insurance premium out of my last check. Really??? No coverage yet pay the premium??? I would NOT recommend anyone work for this company. When they wanted me to fill the position, they could not have been kind enough. I relied on their representations about the duration of the contract. When the contract was canceled, I found Revolution Technologies personnel to be of an entirely different dismissive mindset. NEVER WOULD I WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
