RevTek offers a great place to gain valuable experience. I had access to a ton of resources which aided in my overall success. The clients are a diversified portfolio of quality, well known companies. Account Managers are always willing to support and offer advice, but aren’t overbearing with micromanagement. My reporting manager was compassionate, understanding, and was extremely helpful. She made all the difference in my personal experience being a great one. The metrics are achievable with reasonable effort. HR is wonderful and always very helpful. Training for the position is very hands-on, a lot of trial, and coaching, and trying again. RevTek is a great place for someone looking to break into the world of staffing and recruiting, but would also be well suited for someone with experience.

I've been with Revolution Technologies for 3 years and loving every minute. Everyone is friendly and easy going. We are one big happy family. I've never worked for a better company. All the managers treat every employee with respect. The HR dept. is the best there is and not only do they listen but help you in any way that they can. My Accounting managers are amazing to say the least. Not only do we all work hard, but we laugh harder which makes working at RevTek enjoyable. I enjoy coming into work every morning knowing that no matter what we as employees are well taken care of and treated right!
