Pros

Biolegend. Flexible enough hours, can be a pretty campus depending on what building you end up in. My manager has never batted an eye about utilizing time off

Cons

Pay is definitely lower than others. Culture and employee appreciation, events, sick times have definitely decreased since being taken over by Revvity. Not structured for growth, they want to keep employees doing the same job for a very long time with only 2% increase annually. No visible growth path
