Pros

There were a lot, not anymore. Flexibility is some sort of a Pro, far from what it used to be. People are good, but that's slowly declining, mainly because there are no resources to hire good and knowledgeable people and you get bottom to mid quality.

Cons

Too much to list. If you are wondering, if this is the place for you, take my advice and only go with it as a last resort.
