Pros
RG is a great place to be if you're realistic about the market and want to build something. I've been here 2+ years and yes, it's a tough market but that's true everywhere right now and it's the reality of being in Sales. I love the people I work with. A few people left our team last year but on reflection it's turned out to be the right decision for both sides. My new colleagues are bringing great energy and a fresh perspective. We're working hard and smashing our goals.
Cons
There's been a lot of change over the last year and that level of pace doesn't suit everyone. For those who are adaptable, it's given us better clarity
