Pros

Work from home. That's it

Cons

There are so many things wrong with this company. They act like they are helping restaurants get new customers when in reality they are just looking to mooch of of the restaurants existing regular customers checks. Anyone with half a brain can figure that out in the first 2 weeks (match rate anyone?).. They constantly pat themselves on the back thinking that they are helping when they offer ZERO value to a restaurant. For current employees that disagree, please realize that you are just driving bad restaurants out of business or into bankruptcy. If a restaurant is on RN programs, I am going to presume it is poor quality and poorly run and will not eat there. Management is unethical and AEs that are successful have no soul.

Pros

This will be tough... Here’s the limited few Work from home/car Work with great people and I am not talking senior management! Last but not least, the restaurant owners!!!!

Cons

MOST IMPORTANT: PAY IS LOW & COMMISSION IS LOW How many times can a commission structure change in a year? Talk about bringing morale down! We all know the changes are only out to benefit senior managements pockets. Rev up Revenue! #TEARS! Technology is out of date, phones are OLD, tablets are a joke, old operating systems. As Account Executives we look ridiculous doing presentations on such dated technology when competitors come in with decent computers and phones. I mean come on RN give us an iphone 6 at least. The app is terrible! It’s beyond slow and doesn't even work. You can't even sort by food type! The product itself is way overpriced, especially the cash and the reputation in the industry is low. A simple google search and merchants find bad review after bad review. The car allowance is way too low. Everything in general is low!
