Complete Mess

Pros

The only one is that you can leave at 5 everyday, mainly because no one there cares about anything.

Cons

I'm not even sure where to start. The management is completely lost and doesn't understand the demands of today's consumers. They've had the same product for almost twenty years with no innovation. I would have rather been unemployed than have worked here. The only department to grow in my three years was the HR department and they got rid of multiple positions within technology and marketing. Unfortunately HR is the only department that needed to have cuts. Their goal is to improve the morale but they over manage everything into preschool like activities that make you feel worse about working there. There is no career path, no leadership direction and no support when needed from an HR perspective. My three years there were the worst career years I have ever had. I've been gone for over a year and I'm thankful for it every day. I would have wrote this sooner if I thought they'd still be in business, I was surprised when they still popped up today.

Pros

If you are looking for a 9-5, you have it here. Close to a ton of lunch options.

Cons

Only a few C level employees who put forth effort. It is an extremely quite place, feels as if no one really wants to speak out in fear of being laid off.

Pros

Looking to grow but seems to be looking in the wrong direction

Cons

Not broad in ideas of expanding the company. Employees resign or get laid off without notice. There is no employee commitment.
