Pros

Work from home. That's it

Cons

There are so many things wrong with this company. They act like they are helping restaurants get new customers when in reality they are just looking to mooch of of the restaurants existing regular customers checks. Anyone with half a brain can figure that out in the first 2 weeks (match rate anyone?).. They constantly pat themselves on the back thinking that they are helping when they offer ZERO value to a restaurant. For current employees that disagree, please realize that you are just driving bad restaurants out of business or into bankruptcy. If a restaurant is on RN programs, I am going to presume it is poor quality and poorly run and will not eat there. Management is unethical and AEs that are successful have no soul.

Pros

Lots of free food/lunches (they run a dining program & usually cater from partnering restaurants), nice new office space, out the door by 5:00 every day plus hour lunches. Lots of nice people.

Cons

Employees don't seem to trust upper management. Difficult to determine a career path. Salaries are at the low end & they tend to hire unqualified people. You get what you pay for.

Pros

Smart, fun people. Dynamic industry. Interesting projects. My boss really cares about his people. Lots of positive changes lately - feels like the company is headed in a good direction.

Cons

Apparently a bunch of miserable people, according to other reviews on this site. Most of the people I work with seem upbeat and pretty happy here. It's not without its frustrations, but every place has those. Glad I work with good people and don't have to deal with the negative nelly's!
