Pros

Time management is your own. Base product is good.

Cons

Product unchanged since 1984. Internal systems old. Management is clueless. Company is greedy. Unrealistic goals. No brand name. Incredibly hard to get deals through system. Mistrust among departments. No room for advancement. Morale horrible. People are treated like trash. Pay scale is a joke, Competition is creaming us. We are a marketing company that does no real marketing - only billing.

Pros

Good location downtown chicago. Free coffee and tea.

Cons

A lot of indecision and alot of behind doors meetings. it took 10 months to publish a company strategy and now it really doesn't say much. Really hard to trust people there. Sales is getting another leader again. CFO is wrong person for job. Marketing hasn't done ANYTHING in a year. CIO just left for another job. New CEO is a alot of talk. Many many many people have left over last few months. I don't think the owners really care. Just make some money and let the company drift down. That's all its done the last few years.

Pros

Location in the heart of the loop, some work-life balance, a few decent people

Cons

If you want to work for a dying establishment, work at RN. If you want to act like the restaurants are of good quality when they are not, work at RN. If you want to be abused by your management and have HR look the other way, work at RN. If you don't desire direction/strategy/training/growth, work at RN. You get the point. It's an awful environment.
