Pros

Casual, fun, and open office environment. Very family friendly with work/life balance (as long as your job gets done) Free catered lunches a few times each month for meetings, lunch 'n learns, and social events. Great discounts at program restaurants. Even though it's a smaller company, those that work hard and support the business strategy have great opportunity to expand their skill set and careers interenally.

Cons

Employee retention had been high, particularly in the field sales and IT organizations, but I see that stabilizing and getting much better due to the evolving culture. Keep up the good work.

So much better than most give credit for...

Pros

* A much stronger, collaborative, and transparent leadership team * Fun environment with many special events at corporate (a few recent examples - free catered breakfast, cookie exchange, Fat Tuesday celebration, Cinco de Mayo Margarita party) * Competitive pay and benefits, and love the dining reimbursement program

Cons

* Some team members are clearly disengaged and trying to take everyone else down with them. A few of the reviews posted on this site are so ridiculous! People need to stop hiding behind anonymous websites and productively share their concerns so they can be addressed in a professional and effective manner. If you are really that miserable, and don't want to be part of the solution, then quit! Eventually you'll grow up and realize that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. As our CEO has said many times before, "don't talk about it, be about it!"

Pros

Dealing with restaurants.... fun atmosphere. Many good account execs. Fun sales meetings. Good opportunity to hang out with some fun sales people, travel, get into restaurants.... milk this corporate dog then move on.

Cons

Concept is a rip-off and RN is about trying to attract/fool good sales people to join their 'team' to sell what is a very bad concept. Lots of flashy logos of partner airlines, etc. cover up Sam's mess.
