Pros

Many talented people. This does NOT include Sam Zell's hand picked senior leadership team. Very happy to have moved on. Monthly free lunches are definitely not a good reason to stay.

Cons

Very poorly run company. Have high expectations and no good way to get there. Antiquated technology. Turnover is very high due to lack of concern for anything but preparing the company for sale. They actually entered into an agreement to post positive reviews here due to inability to attract good talent. HR department is a bunch of amateurs. Run the other way.
