Pros

Lunch is provided just one day you're onsite. No snacks despite promises of more than just candy and dry cereal.

Cons

Wage theft, bad management, layoffs, extremely low annual raises that don't match city inflation or the cost of commuting, "Company-first" to the extent that staff suffers. Overall unhappy place to be. LOW diversity.

Pros

Working with clients was the best part. Offering a unique product that fills a need of restaurant owners. It's extremely easy once you figure out what you're doing. A high level of autonomy.

Cons

Cut throat, I saw people be fired for missing their quota two months in a row. While technically you could earn an unlimited amount they moved the target consistently and made it harder to earn more which is demotivating for over performers.
