Pros

Full autonomy, decent culture, start up mentality

Cons

Extremely behind the curve. No real solutions for more or better sales. Territory driven, it really depends on where you live.

Pros

- Hybrid workweek, only one mandatory day in the office. - Good pay when factoring in the monthly bonus. - Coworkers were fun to work with.

Cons

High turnover company wide, resulting in unstable work loads. You can wind up with 3x the work load at a moments notice. Unpleasant work, better than cold calling but not by much. Company had grown revenue since coming under new ownership but struggles with profitability, which calls into question the company's future outlook.
