Pros

Location in the heart of the loop, some work-life balance, a few decent people

Cons

If you want to work for a dying establishment, work at RN. If you want to act like the restaurants are of good quality when they are not, work at RN. If you want to be abused by your management and have HR look the other way, work at RN. If you don't desire direction/strategy/training/growth, work at RN. You get the point. It's an awful environment.

Pros

Not a whole lot right now. Sometimes there are snacks in the break room. Sometimes there are happy hours.

Cons

Ever since the new leadership team took over, it seems like a lot has gone downhill. The technology we are using is outdated, yet management seems to think it's exciting to have. My work hours have been longer, communication has dropped because senior leadership is never in the office, and the morale within our department seems to have declined because of it. I've been here nearly two years and it is hard to feel valued right now because of not only the lack of recognition but also because of the lack of growth within my department.

Rewards Network Response
7y
We greatly appreciate feedback from our employees and listen to any insights to make Rewards Network a better place to work and provide better services to our customers. We realize the value of recognizing employees for doing exceptional work and we are evaluating best in class programs. This is a theme across all organizations in the US and we want to set ourselves apart. An employee engagement survey brought to light that employees feel communication is lacking. Exciting initiatives are occurring in all facets of the business and it is very important for the organization to be transparent so news will be coming more frequently directly from Ed via townhalls, emails and video updates. Work hours may appear to be longer in the summer because we implemented summer hours this year to allow for employees to work hard and leave early on a Friday or a day of their choice.
