Pros

Great Vertical to Work in Training and Follow Up Training is Strong Pay & Benefits Good

Cons

-Instructed NOT to Mention or Use Company Name when canvassing for clients. The reasoning, I have been told is "You dont Want to have prospect come to their own conclusions" - Instructed not to hand our business cards or flyers while cold calling? As a result of this go to market stategy No-One knows who Rewards Network is....after 40 years. -Encouraged to use anonymous hand written "Letter Drops" that make it appear we work for one of our large Hospitality Partners. Potential clients get angry when they realised the 'Hook' -No Assigned Territories, so in my large market there are mulitple reps stopping in the same mulitple restaurants every week. Makes company look silly or not knowing what we are doing. -Extremely High Turn-Over! My Market has had 5 reps come and go in a little over a year, everyone of them great hires in their own way. How can RN afford to do that? -Very deliberate and specific Verbiage around our 'Cash Product' so client is 'Assured' it is not a 'Loan'. While we get their SS#, Bank Statements, business Lic. and CC Statements.......Mmmnn? I always feel dirty afterwards. -The 'Marketing' Products works but no real hard data to demonstrate, get the side-eye when showing anonymous reports. -Bleeding Customers, in my market and nationally. Have to surpass goal every month just to keep at par level. -No Real PTO.

Pros

Positive culture environment, nice office location, opportunities to grow and advance within the company,

Cons

Firing employees under the guise of "reorganizing" only to outsource new employees who will do the same jobs and more for less pay. Reorganizing to save money while sending certain employees on expensive vacations
