Pros

RN has really invested in training its employees and cares about your success. This company gives you a great opportunity to achieve career goals and grow as a sales person. The freedom of running your book of business allows you to manage your day and sales month in a way that fits you best.

Cons

If you are not a disciplined person and can not handle the freedom of getting up and motivating yourself to make cold calls, presentations, and reviews, then this position isn't for you.

Pros

I've been in sales for about 10 years & working for Rewards Network has been one of the best companies Ive worked for. So far I'm 3 months in and it's all been good. They have a great training program and even flew me out to the Chicago headquarters. The pay structure is uncapped so how much I potentailly make is totally up to me. I'm glad I took the chance!

Cons

The interview process can take some time but it was explained to me that they wanted to hire someone for the long-term which makes sense.

We’re glad you took the chance too! It is true we take pride in selecting talent for our outside sales roles. It is good knowing you found the Sales Training impactful; it does help our new hires learn a lot about the company and our products. Thank you for the feedback and we hope your experience continues to be Rewarding”.

Pros

The Territory Manager I worked for was not a micro manager which made working at RN pleasant. Getting rewarded to eat out is a nice thing. They pay base plus commissions was very nice. Base pay is very competitive.

Cons

If you are in a market that has business owners who are good with their money and they have good credit with their creditors, working at RN is not a good fit. The cash advance to companies is way to expensive. When I was with the company the restaurants I would go see would laugh at the business model on RN's cash advance. I just flat quit trying to sell it. If your in a market where business do not have good credit, the RN cash advance business model works sort of. The marketing product is good and I had decent success getting people aboard. I am afraid RN is becoming a dinosaur as many other companies have come in and begun to really put a dent in their Cash Advance business.
