Pros

They set you up when they hire you with a base plus draw.

Cons

About 2 years ago they got greedy. They started taking more and treating their sales people awful. They said they wanted to double their profit. They lost a lot of great sales people because of it.

Pros

Met some fun people while working at RN. It seems for the most ambitious people it is a stepping stone for "the next big job". If you have a great big career ahead of you this is one quick stop on the way

Cons

Mid-july 30+ people were laid off. GONE. severance package was laughable. morale quickly plummeted for those who were left. No one is loyal to this loyalty company anymore. The CEO "retired". I'm sure he was pushed out. SVP of sales got a better deal. senior managers have been quitting every month in 2013. Two more SVPs were let go during the layoffs. low level managers are now reporting the chaiman of the board in some departments. I cannot imagine a worse place to work than RN right now. The board who bought RN two years ago thought they could double the value nearly overnight. 2 years later the company is still stagnant, so instead of putting the burden on the sales team, they let go 30 innocent corporate employees. Maybe when they see the value double they'll be more interested in retaining valuable workforce.

Pros

Location. Cash back for dining at customer restaurants.

Cons

This company is in toxic. I've been gone for several months and am so thrilled to be at a place that values their employees and treats them well. The management does not care about others advice but goes with their terrible decisions we all knew would fail. iDine Deals anybody? Employees are miserable and several middle management people even said GET OUT WHEN YOU CAN. The pay and benefits and terrible. The employees thrive on pointing the finger and playing the blame game because management loves a fall guy.
