Pros

Work from home office is only pro I can think of!

Cons

Not enough space here to list all the Cons... Their commission structure (if you can call it that) is designed to help them make $, not their reps! You will go broke on their very low & convoluted commissions. They say residual income but it's worse than pathetically low, and designed for company to make money not their hard working reps, even if you are exceeding your set goals! Lying Middle and Lower Management, Very negative environment, they do not care a thing about their employees, just how much money they can over charge their clients and how they can use every lying excuse to not pay their reps what they earned. Their Cash Advance program is comparable to loan sharking, its so outrageously expensive for the restaurant merchants!

Pros

Great place to work...earnings are dependent on your own efforts...if you want a guaranteed salary, go work an hourly wage job. Sales is exciting and has great earnings potential, but you get out of it what you put into it. Same goes with this company. Great product...member rewards programs and cash advance services...much more competitive now.

Cons

lots of competition for cash products...but to be expected.

Pros

Flexibility allows for good work & personal life balance.

Cons

Compensation is the biggest short coming as senior management has lowered the auto allowance and reduced commissions over the past couple of years. They also haven't had merit pay increases during this same period of time. They also deduct an overhead expense against the merchant cash advance sales which could result in earning negative commissions on some sales.
