Pros

My team is amazing. There is a ping pong table in the office which is amazing. Everyone is friendly and the onboarding process was great because I got a chance to meet most of the department heads in order to see how the machine worked as a whole.

Cons

Really the only thing I can think of is the ability to work from home full time - and yet there is still an option to do this occasionally.

Cons

Pros

Flexibility - able to plan and schedule a productive schedule without being tied to an office.

Cons

Slow and unresponsive about updating product - internally and externally. Old equipment makes it difficult to be productive in the field.
