Pros

Rewards Network is looking to grow rapidly and is backing up its talk with resources. Often times companies talk about looking to grow and wanting to make change but are not willing to do what it take to accomplish the goal, that is not who today's Rewards Network is, nor will it be in the foreseeable future. From the people team to Sr. Management everyone is in lockstep to move the company forward and empower their people to do what it takes to get the job done.

Cons

Unfortunately Rewards Network spent years being okay with the status quo and mediocrity, which in turn hurt the brand and company image. With new ownership and executive management in place this issue is being addressed immediately and results are already being seen throughout the company. Due to lack of resources previously the company has been working with outdated systems which have put limitations on the people and the business. Finding solutions to this issue is a major initiative for 2019 and conversion projects are already under way.

Pros

Quality product that helps restaurants grow revenue. Supportive work environment and uncapped earning potential - well suited for the self-propelled sales professional. Business operates with integrity and provides a unique and useful product to restaurants resulting in many long-standing relationships. The Field Sales Team enjoys tremendous amount of autonomy to work their market and is held accountable for results. Every day is a fun challenge working with restaurants.

Cons

If you don't have a high velocity sales mentality and stellar work ethic, you won't make it here. If you love the exhilaration of sales, the satisfaction of helping customers, and know how to get results, you'll love it here and thrive. (not really a "con" unless you prefer mediocrity over excellence.)
