Pros

nothing more than a pay check.

Cons

Push programs on restaurant owners that can't really tell how much new business. It's all about trying to get new business. RN takes tax/tip percentage from the restaurant.

Pros

Flexible Schedule with great commission

Cons

Corporate is very strict in terms of quotas. Divisions are considered the same across the US even though NYC is a different in every way

Rewards Network Response

Thank you for the feedback and the insights. Rewards Network is looking at great growth over the next 7 years as we plan to grow from 10,000 restaurants to over 50,000 by the year 2025. Our leadership team has increased the quotas to help drive more sales all across the county. We are also building out a more robust B2B marketing program to assist the AEs with selling more deals. Based on our compensation plan, the more you sell, the more you make. Your future is in your hands!!

Cons

Some back-end, internal system antiquation that is being updated to modern platforms as we speak
