Pros

Easily accessible location for public transportation. Excellent co-workers.

Cons

Management is horrendous. Lazy, petty and overpaid. Some of the managers have been with RN for years and it's scary they are still employed.

We appreciate you taking time to share your perspective. We hope all departments would want to leave a review as we want to hear the good, the bad and the innovative! Rewards Network has worked hard to improve and evolve our culture, at all levels. We appreciate your opinion and want you to know that we are looking to develop our talent as a whole with lunch and learns, book clubs, and training classes from experienced professionals. This shows through Glassdoor as our rating and feedback has increased (as well as our internal employee engagement surveys), all of which helped us make the right changes to support our employees.

Pros

Awesome compensation package. They really reward you for hard work. Co-workers and management are really helpful. Great training program. They definitely set you up for success.

Cons

I’m newly out of training so I don’t really have anything yet. It is cold-calling, for those who are adverse to that.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review! We built our sales training program to offer a robust, timed approach to best onboard our newly hired Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives for success. We love hearing positive feedback from new hires after they get to spend a week in our Chicago Corporate office and also how they continue to receive support once back in the field. We provide a compensation package that really rewards over-performance and we love to see people succeed. We have a great referral bonus too , so if you know interested people that would love a great sales career send them our way. peopleteam@rewardsnetwork.com

Pros

Positive attitude throughout organization - everybody committed to each other's successes. Fun atmosphere - but serious about getting the work done at same time.

Cons

With so many good food options nearby, deciding what to eat for lunch each day can be challenging!
