Pros

Rewards Network offers an environment where self-propelled sales people can excel. Of course, quotas are expected to be met, but they are attainable. Sales Management and Sales Leadership are supportive and hard work is recognized and rewarded. Rewards Network is in growth mode right now and a good place to be. There is a healthy work/life balance afforded to Account Executives and Account Managers. Fun environment to work in - restaurants are fun and challenging! Great place to work for a sales professional who is willing to do what it takes to get results. Isn't that what sales is all about? Great product to sell too. Really nothing like it in the marketplace!

Cons

There have been some growing pains, as is expected, with any Company that is growing. However, I have observed many positive changes thru the years and am very excited the trajectory of the Company. A few years back, there were significant changes in Executive Management. These changes have resulted in a very positive direction for the Company. I observe the upward movement every day.

Pros

Loved working in the restaurant industry and easy to get initial meetings with owners and managers. Once restaurants enroll in the program, they tend to stay with the program. Good analytics to support marketing.

Cons

Cash program was too expensive for small restaurants. Difficult to hit all the metrics measured for quotas. Always felt like you were failing in some area, as there were so many metrics.
