Bi weekly paycheck and decent benefits...Outside sales position, home based...Not much else

Cons

Product way overpriced vs competition..Too much customer churn since the customers that purchased felt the were not getting a good ROI..Not a very good reputation in the market

Pros

Long established; the people; the management; training; ability to set own schedule; working with restaurants/bar industry

Cons

Pay, pay pay. Take months (almost 3) to get paid commissions on deals closed. Long wait to get paid for hard work and even those commissions are lower than expected.
