Pros

If you work hard and don't mind knocking on doors this company is good for you. I love the restaurant industry and enjoy working with owners. When I joined the company was pushing their Dining Rewards marketing programs and then they switched to Merchant Cash. Not a big fan.

Cons

Their new focus with Merchant Cash is not my cup of tea. High ratio and hard to get owners to sign.

Bad Product Even Worse Company

Pros

If you are a self motivated, driven salesperson without a conscience you can do fairly well little interference from management.

Cons

This product hurts restaurants...period! The product does not drive any significant new business it actually takes from the existing customer base. If you are familiar with the restaurant industry you know restaurants work on very small margins and cannot afford to give anything away. The dining credits or "loans" are purchased by mostly desperate operations who in most cases don't have the cash flow to pay back the money. The level of participation by RN "active members" has decreased significantly for more than a decade because of reduced member benefits, poor inventory of restaurants and below par marketing. If you care about people this is a tough place to work. I could talk about the people that run the company but that's been adequately covered on this site.
