Pros

Great flexibility for a very self motivated person. As long as you hit your numbers, you are free to do as you want.

Cons

Company pushing a new product that isn't idea for customers. Setting unrealistic goals that are unachievable. Company cut income and merit increases in 2015. Won't reward long term top producers with bringing salaries up to even what new hires are coming in at.

Pros

Working from home was nice

Cons

Disgusting commission plan. If you ask management to explain the plan. "I will get back to you with that answer" exact words. Their PRF product(merchant cash advance) is extremely high. Probably, highest in the industry. You will never make 100k EVER. You sell a 50k cash advance product. You will make $200.00 maybe. Sell 3 accounts like that you are going to make a whooping $900.00 MAYBE. I'm really motivated now. They lowered the expense account from $850.00 included in that a $100 dining perk. To $525.00. Can you say "Run with your eye closed"
