Pros

They start you off good pay to be acct ex , ie sales rep- then pull the bait/switch, no one can explain how your commision works after that. I can tell you it decreases.

Cons

Please read all reviews prior to this one .. (the positive reviews ie "the ones RN planted" are fun to read for comedy relief) The "products" your selling are a joke-Sales force- management can't even explain their latest called-PRF which is a cash advance or the L word you can't say.... news flash- its a LOAN!!!! You can't say high interest rate either or as RN calls it to their clients, your "Success Rate". Hahaha good one! Their biggest concern is explaining the PRFmath to the client which Steven Hawkins wouldn't be able to explain, its called Smoke & Mirrors PEOPLE!

Pros

Flexibility, Mgr is awesome, nice sales team. Great industry.

Cons

No real direction. Company is Channing it's focus. With unrealistic expectations. Compensation is not too good. Lowering gas reimbursement. Taking away other essential business benefits.

Pros

Not many at time of my departure accept good work/ life balance

Cons

Sales leadership just does not fully understand the product and are certainly not leaders. The company has been without quality leadership at any level for several years now. Provides no value to their restaurant clients as most members don't even know they are a member or certainly not engaged. Rewards Network just takes a share of customers that are already going into the establishments they partner with. This is an unethical scam
